We recently released part 1 of the "Where Life Happens" video series. I used a technique that I hadn't done before so thought I'd share the behind the scenes/ How to view here. View below for the finished version and more details. Enjoy.
The basic idea is to take a 2D still image, create separate layers from the image, add other design elements and animate all the layers. For an official tutorial of this process check this out. To see how I did it watch below.
If you've done much work in After Effects you've created some sort of animation using keyframes. I've used AE quite a bit and never knew what exactly all the different types did. Watch this video, it's really good.
